With the levels of spam and phishing and hacking and snooping and viruses that are prevalent nowadays, it is very important that the computers (or any other device for that matter) that we use to access the internet has some level of protection on it. Taking into consideration the things I just mentioned, it would mean that you would have to install anti-spam and anti-virus software, along with adware catchers and even a firewall program.
